Micah J. Moore’s professional life has moved across entertainment, public affairs, fitness, communications, writing, and entrepreneurship. The throughline is human connection: understanding what motivates people, how messages shape decisions, and how disciplined execution turns ideas into results.

A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Micah earned degrees in Psychology and History with a minor in Criminology. He is now pursuing an M.A. in Communication at the University of Texas at Tyler, extending that interdisciplinary foundation into organizational communication, strategic communication, public relations, marketing, and applied research.

That graduate work now intersects directly with practice through Innovato Strategies, the strategy consultancy he founded to help organizations clarify problems, identify worthwhile opportunities, and turn change into practical action.

If his career is successful, he hopes people remember him as someone who left this world a better place than when he arrived in it.
